    Avoid Spray Cleaners, as they will break down your Swagg Mat.

  • -Use Hand Towels under clients to protect Swag Mat from dye and body oil transfer

    -Treat your Swagg Mat like you would an expensive car or boat vinyl seat

    -No shoes, belts, buckles, jean jackets, etc on the mat

    -No heat sources on Swagg mats

    -Roll your Swagg Mat to store

  • With a warm damp cloth wipe the sugar paste up. With thicker areas allow the warm damp cloth to sit on the spot then wipe clean. Disinfect and wipe dry.

  • Allow the hard wax to cool then gently peel the hard wax off. Disinfect and wipe dry.

  • Yes, Swagg Mats can be machine washed but only if necessary.

    Machine wash on Cold, delicate/gentle cycle.

    Hang to dry.

    Using a washing machine may cause your Swagg Mat to break down faster.

  • Yes, with use your Swagg Mat will loosen up.

    After opening your Swagg Mat lay it flat on your treatment table.

    When storing, Roll your Swagg Mat to avoid added wrinkles.

  • Yes, we can ship internationally.

Our Policy

SHIPPING/RECEIVING

Often we ship within 5-7 business days. Under certain circumstances some orders may take up to 2-3 business weeks from the date of purchase.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We can accept returns or exchanges in original condition within 7 days of your delivery date for a full refund/credit minus original shipping cost.

After the 7 day mark, returns are accepted (in original condition) for your product credit minus 25% of the purchase price.

If a product is used there will be an added 25% restocking fee deducted from the original price.

The purchaser pays return shipping fees.

Please allow 5-7 business days for all processing.
